The Edge is a professional development company in the Philadelphia area delivering executive-led, interactive training programs for college students, young professionals and businesses.
Our mission for college students and young professionals is to close the soft skills competencies gap that companies say exists in young professionals. The Career Acceleration Program (CAP) provides you with the soft skills employers want and you need to get ahead in the workplace. This 5 week, in-person soft skills training “boot camp” will strengthen your communication, problem solving, leadership and networking skills, in addition to tackling office etiquette, corporate culture and the significant importance of building your personal brand.
Our second specialty is providing soft skills, talent assessment and People Strategy fortification programs to companies via our customized Workforce Enrichment Programs (WEPs). These on-site or off-site, company-specific professional development programs will inject a new spirit and focus into your workforce and leadership team, and dramatically impact your employee morale, productivity and other people challenges.
Finally, we provide career and Executive Coaching to professionals at all levels who are seeking an in-depth examination of their skill sets, development areas, job performance or career options.

As a partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers, I was exposed to the corporate cultures of hundreds of companies ranging from small and mid-sized firms to global multi-billion dollar corporations, and I was responsible for hiring, training and mentoring hundreds of young professionals.
After many years at PwC, I realized that I was in a unique position to provide a valuable and much needed service. My extensive experience coaching, recruiting and training young professionals, combined with the knowledge that I gained about effective People Strategies to maximize performance and morale, resulted in my dramatic career change to create The Edge.
My absolute passion is human development. From the moment I began to do mentoring and coaching, I knew I loved it. I’ve been told time and time again that I have a knack for coaching, and that I bring and inspirational and motivational attitude to these activities. I’ve also been told that I have a great way of explaining soft skills so that people “get it” and can take immediate actions to help their own development.
I am driven to developing excellence in people and teams, and will guide you to see new perspectives and take a hard look at yourself and/or your company. I love coaching professionals and seeing the transformation that occurs when you break free from the barriers that have been holding you back from reaching your full potential.
